Andrea Sharp
Andrea is responsible for the difficult stuff - all the administration and making sure that the wheels don't fall of the company. If you come to one of our pubs and the electricity is cut off, no beer has turned up and there's only a steaming hot winter stew to eat in the middle of July... ...you know who to blame.
Paul Selwood & Andy Snee
It is up to these guys to run the inns themselves. They oversee our hard working management teams, constantly telling us how difficult it is. We don't really have much sympathy though. After all, how hard can it really be spending all your days travelling around fantastic pubs in beautiful countryside?
Duncan Ward
Duncan claims that he just spends all his day drinking coffee. We think it is a little more than that as he seems to have been in the pub industry for ever and he can't have always just done that can he? Oversees acquisitions and marketing when he's not buying silly cars.
We are not corporate and neither are our inns.
If you like your pubs individual, your food freshly cooked and your skin crawls when you see a plastic menu - then we guess you aren't either.
We love visiting our pubs and we want you to do so too.
